Paul, 26, and Fury, 23, have agreed to a deal for a fight on Feb. 25, sources told journalist Ariel Helwani.
The two were scheduled to square off in December 2021, but Fury pulled out of the bout due to a bacterial chest infection and a broken rib.
Former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley stepped in for Fury, losing to Paul via sixth-round knockout.
Paul (6-0, 4 KOs), is coming off a unanimous decision victory over MMA legend Anderson Silva in October.
